No one wants to do laundry in paradise! We make it effortless. With comfort in mind, using the most delicate of care, we take the dirtiest of clothes right from your doorstep and return them to you clean, folded, and refreshed. Step 1:
Same Day Pickup
Fill out the order form above. Select the types of clothes and quantities you want washed. Please include the address for pickup (or name of hotel) as well as any pickup instructions in the box at the bottom of the form. When done, checkout to place your order. That's it! We take care of the rest.
As soon as you place your order we will send someone out to pick it up from your door. Pickup usually happens within 30 minutes. If you're staying at a hotel in San Pancho feel free to leave your dirty clothes with the front desk for security. If you don't have a bag, no problem! Our pickup team has extras at no additional cost.
We will message you at every step so you know exactly where your clothes are at all times.
Pro tip: Take a photo of your clothes before bagging them! This helps in the event of lost items.
Step 2:
Sort, Wash, Dry, & Fold
The first thing we do after pickup is to sort your order to ensure all stains are treated and your colors stay bright. As we do this we will say a minimum of 3 nice things to your laundry to promote it's emotional well being.
After sorting comes the magic! Blemish removal: We presoak all stains keeping your clothes looking brand new. After their intensive spa treatment we give them a deep tissue wash to work out all the grime life throws at them. Then it's off to the dryers!
Once their spa day is over we give them a crisp fold and insert them into sanitary bags to be delivered back to you - fresh, clean & renewed.
Step 3:
Next Day Delivery
At this point your clothes are refreshed, excited, & ready to tell you all about their grand adventure to the San Pancho Spa for Laundry.
We will message you the moment your clothes are ready to coordinate a convenient time to drop them off at your doorstep - Morning, Day or Night.
